Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped by hand. Because each batch is made in limited quantities, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship after a release.
Shipping rates & times: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Damaged or lost packages: If your jar arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy, we'll make it right. For lost packages, contact us at info@everydaytallow.com.
Warm weather note: In hot conditions your cream may soften in transit. This is the nature of pure tallow, not a defect, let it sit at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to firm it.
